Nestled in a coastal enclave, The Cottages is a pair of thoughtfully designed homes that balance a sense of warmth with a fresh, timeless aesthetic. Each space has been crafted to feel grounded, welcoming, and beautifully detailed—reflecting the rhythm of coastal living while maintaining a refined, tailored edge. In the first kitchen, softly grained oak cabinetry pairs with the natural movement of Taj Mahal quartzite, creating a harmonious connection to the matching oak flooring. A single open shelf, styled with a considered edit of objects, offers a focal point that blends function with a sense of ease. The second kitchen brings a ‘new classic’ sensibility, with warm white shaker cabinetry, Lord White engineered stone, and subtle brass detailing. The effect is crisp yet inviting—timeless without feeling traditional. Across the bathrooms, textured zellige feature tiles, warm greige stone-look surfaces, and reeded white vanities are layered with brass tapware for a tactile, light-catching finish. The result is a collection of spaces that feel equally serene and purposeful, with a cohesion that runs through both homes while allowing each its own quiet identity.
